**This return policy applies to consumers only (Business to Consumer sales; B2C) who buy our finished goods. Business to Business sales (B2B) of raw materials in bulk are specifically excluded and this return policy does not apply to those sales. B2B transactions are based on product specification shown in a Certificate of Analysis (COA) which is approved by the B2B customer prior to the sale therefore no right of return exists for B2B bulk sales of raw materials**

Consumers; you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. If you make use of your right to recall, the product will be returned to the vendor with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.

IMPORTANT: Most products that we sell at Vitra Biosciences contain a seal. By breaking this seal, for example by opening a bottle, the right to return the product expires and we can no longer reimburse the product.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@vitrabiosciences.com. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. Read the conditions regarding your right of withdrawal in the General Terms and Conditions, in particular art 6,7,8.
